The level of difficulty was perfect, such that anyone who is young and healthy can do it, but hard enough that it takes a bit of effort and courage and that you really feel you accomplished something in the end. Our two guides were super friendly and supportive, and importantly we felt safe with them at any point. Matsuko-san took a lot of cool pictures and even videos of our adventure. It was our first canyoning experience, and we look forward to do it again sometimes!”
