“Mémorable morning on the west coast with Nelson, who was expert, patient and kind with our group (2 ageing adults and 3 teenage boys!). Beautiful scenery, amazing cave swim, and no pressure to jump if out of comfort zone. Highly recommend - but be aware it is physical: 3 hours in total with lots of swimming - not easy in full gear and life jacket. For us older ones that is - the kids loved it!”

“Our guides were fantastic! Even as a beginner, I felt safe and like I knew what I was doing every step of the way. There was a younger girl in our group who was initially afraid to do some of the higher jumps. One of our guides took her to a lower jump and helped her jump safely. She wanted to go higher but the guide had her do the lower one again to get the technique down. He was really encouraging but did not sacrifice safety which was great!”
