However, I booked the pick up from my hotel and 2 days before the trip I was told that pick up was no longer available and they would have to pick me up from a Starbucks 5 mins from my hotel. I went to the netting point and we headed to the tour. When we got there, they have a lot of extra fees they added (be aware and bring extra cash). The zip lining and atv experience was pretty good. After booking I immediately tried to call and email to set up the included transportation. They did not respond for 2 hours only when I put in a refund request. I then had to pay $46 for a taxi to meet their shuttle since they did not pick us up. Once at the park I was annoyed by multiple extra fees for insurance and a locker that were mandatory and not mentioned. While the park itself delivered on the activities it did feel very low quality with ATVs that broke down…”
